Villa "Iva" is situated in a small touristic place called Stanici near
Omis surrounded by pine woods and other evergreen woods. If
you are looking for pleasant and calm vacation at the coast with
Mediterranean climate and rich vegetation we can offer several
lovely apartments for 2 - 4 or 6 persons. The villa is situated 10m
from the seaside and 100m from the main road.
Not so far from the Villa "Iva" there are self-service shop and
some restaurants famous for local specialities like
fish, shelves, lobsters, etc. Only few minutes from our
place is situated town of Omis offering many shops,
bars and green market.
